Update:  I received this email from Mrs. Critz:

Hi,
I recently read your site regarding Marks announcement dates. I am his wife, Nancy. The date on the site was entered incorrectly by the site administrator/volunteer.

I want to make it perfectly clear that mark was in no way disingenuous with his statements. He did NOT announce until February 22 after he resigned from his job. He simply did not. It was a very difficult time,  and we as a couple, didn't even discuss it until the 21st. That is really personal information, but it is also true. He was asked by others, he was encouraged by others, but he would NOT even entertain discussions about it until Mrs. Murtha had some time to decide and after that, he talked to her about it...then talked to me about it.

I don't know how to get you to correct your page, but it does hurt me when people doubt Mark's honesty...because he really is an honest person. I was very tentative about him even running because I knew that untrue things (or conjecture) would be said about him and I wasn't sure I wanted that for my family. But I decided that I would fully support Mark because he truly does want the best for the people of the 12th district, has always worked hard for them, and wants to continue to do so. I could not deny him his dream of helping the people, because that truly is his main concern.

I know that sounds like propaganda or something, but it is not. We are just normal, working people who want work hard and to do good things. Mark doesn't know I am even sending this email, but I felt it was something that I shouldn't just ignore. Would you if it were someone you cared about? What can I do to help set the record straight about this? Do you need copies of his resignation letter and announcement because I certainly can send them to you.

I am attempting to discover when Mr. Critz filed his papers with the FEC.  It takes time to buy domain names, create a web site, find a campaign office (I've spent weeks doing that part for candidates)) and even organize enough to get a Facebook page put together.
